Seagull Broth
I grew up in a wee village called Mallais in the Highlands. My granny used to make scotch broth soup. We called it seagull soup. I think when I was small, I used to believe it was really made with seagulls. These are special memories for me. Slainte Mhath.
I also sing in Gaelic, as my granny was a medallist at the Royal National Mòd in the Highlands, singing Gaelic songs.
