Lasagna
Lasagna has always been sacred for me. When I ate it as a kid, the world stopped for a moment — the time it took to eat a big spoonful.
Later, I learned how to cook it. And I discovered that when cooking, I could stop the world for a little longer, for two hours, the time it took to prep a big tray.
When I found out the impact of cattle on our planet, I realised my beloved lasagna was part of the problem. But it didn't take long to come up with a plant-based recipe. It felt good to change the world, starting in my very own kitchen.
