I am Chinese, living in Scotland. I miss the food from my hometown so much. We cook food slowly, with love. We serve it with rice, soup and vegetables.

But why is British food so bad? Why this lack of creativity? Why always fish and chips! When will we see more artists in British restaurants? And not so many of those too-sweet café desserts.
