In the lockdown of 2020, my best friend and I started a weekly digital dinner. Each week we had a different theme. We both cooked the same thing, and shared our meal via Zoom.

When we were allowed to have dinner in person again, we had a 'best of' meal with our favourite dishes. It was a night of good food. Of love and laughter.
